The Saturday Jam Session (formerly known as the Saturday Morning Jam Session) is a unique feature of the BACCO since, unlike most art classes/schools, it's something BACCO students get for FREE. Think about it for a moment: In this day-in-age -- with surcharges, hidden costs and expensive options that should be standard equipment and/or services -- somebody is literally giving away a free session per week. Of course, there IS a catch: the kid has to be enrolled in the BACCO. But really, is that a "catch", or the most obvious point in existence?
The Saturday Jam Session is where students from all BACCO classes converge to share artwork, talk about video games or anime, and participate in a themed group draw via Magma (formerly known as MagmaStudio). Magma is an online group draw program, so there's no requirement to download a thing. All the student needs is a browser and the code, which is supplied at the Saturday Jam Session Zoom meeting. Once in, they grab their piece of land and start sketching.
